“We called Servisoft of Middlefield for a quote on water softening system, hoping it would be less than the price we had received from another company. We moved from the Pacific Northwest and had no experience with hard water - we knew only that the water softener in the house we purchased was not working. We were impressed right away with Mike Manley from Servisoft right away. He tested our water, asked questions and listened carefully to the answers. Then he looked at the system and told us what was happening. The water softener in the home was hooked up incorrectly! We had no idea. He could have told us we needed a new system (as the previous company had done) and we would not have known anything different, but he told us that Servisoft does not do business that way - they believe in integrity and honesty above all else. Once he explained how to rectify the problem, he stopped by a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should (it is!) and would not allow us to pay, though he'd saved us hundreds of dollars. We were thrilled and will never go anywhere else for water services. We're now interested in a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water, which we will only purchase from Servisoft.”
