Established in 1965, Servisoft of Middlefield began providing portable exchange tank service to customers in Geauga, Lake and Ashtabula Counties. Founded by Ella and Charles Hall, the company is still owned and operated by the Hall family today with the founding philosophy, “to exceed our customer’s expectations in everything we do.” Now we celebrate over 45 years of providing problem water solutions to residences throughout Northeast Ohio and businesses around the country utilizing a broad range of EcoWater products and water treatment equipment.
Charles Hall, (Charlie) was a life long resident of Middlefield, OH and well known in the community as an incredible plumber. His expertise and attention to detail lives on today in everything we do. From the way we approach water analysis and application of the right equipment, to the professional manner in which it is installed and serviced; our goal is to do the job right the first time.
Our small staff of 14 represents 185 years of combined experience in water treatment providing a level of knowledge and professional service unmatched by any of our competitors.

Our staff holds several water and product certifications including CWS and CI signifying intense study, application and testing from the National Water Quality Association for analysis, treatment and installation. Members of our staff have also served proudly on the Ohio and Pacific Water Quality Association boards as well as local chambers of commerce.
