Your In-Home Consultation
Our complimentary consultations help families learn about their home’s water quality. We schedule in-home visits to check your current setup and test your water with you. Once we know more about your concerns and usage, we can discuss the best options for filtering, softening, and removing chlorine or other contaminants from your tap.

 2. Water Analysis Tests & Consultation
Your tech will also conduct a variety of water tests with you to check for contaminants. This includes a review of your water’s hardness level and chlorine count. We’ll talk about the results together so you’ll know exactly how your water measures up for quality and safety.

The entire visit usually takes about an hour. We’ll leave you with a detailed summary of your system options (as well as pricing information) so you can easily review everything we covered.

 3. Schedule Your Installation
Once you’ve made your decision, just send us a message or call us at 317-228-9822. If your system is in stock, we can go ahead and schedule your installation appointment. It’s that easy!

Your Installation Day
Your tech will arrive in one of our Indy Soft Water logo-ed vans on the day of your install. We always strive to deliver quick, quality service. And as soon as everything is hooked up, we’ll take the time to go over the logistics of your new system with you.

2. System Overview
Once the install is complete, your tech will be sure to review the contract with you and give you an orientation on your new products. You can also feel free to call our office with additional questions later on. We’re always happy to help!
