Let me first start off by saying I NEVER write reviews. BUT from what I have just experienced with EcoWater, I feel MORE than compelled to give credit where credit is due.
From start to finish, Dennis and his EcoWater crew have been the most professional, reliable, honest, hard-working and genuinely nice people I have ever worked with. My husband and I just finished building a house so we have had over a year's worth of contractors, supply companies and workmen in our midst. EcoWater was by far the most pleasant and easiest to deal with!
I really did my homework by researching and interviewing several other local water softener/treatment companies but NOBODY even came close to EcoWater's product or customer service. Dennis and his guys really know their stuff and were very upfront and informative every step of the way. Our house was not pre-plumbed for a water softener so this could have posed some problems for me. However, Dennis made it seem effortless and in less than a week, I had exactly what I wanted! Yesterday (1-17-2013) I called this company at 8am and told them about my water softener. This thing has been giving me a hard time (no pun intended) with my water supply for a couple years now... finally the computer on the top of the unit went out not to mention I have had issues with "salt bridging"
Then the night before I was trying to activate the bypass and the discs went out and good water continued to drain. ANYWAY. I called this company at 8am and said I needed a job done quickly. Dennis (the owner) answered and was very professional and could tell I was in distress. He said he had a busy day ahead of him but he could work me in within a couple hours!
At this point I didn't care what the charge would be because I was wasting water by the minute. But surprisingly enough it was VERY reasonable for a new unit and installation compared to a lot of other places I looked into that morning. (and I am a very frugal consumer)
Dennis and his coworker Devon promptly showed up and got straight to work. They had the old junker out and the new unit in, in no time. They were both very professional and courteous. After the unit was in Dennis showed me how to properly operate the unit and cleared up any confusion I had on how to add salt, etc.
I will always recommend Dennis and his team for any water softener job for my family and friends.”
