“Moving to Orangeville was a carefully made decision. However, I had no idea that the water was HARD. Prior to meeting Watermaker, I saw Ad's about water treatment. These meant nothing considering the City-supplied water in Brampton, where I moved from. It became a pertinent issue when my hot water tank supplier recommended Watermaker as a first step solution to fix my hot water tank issue. I chose to call Watermaker. Although, I did not bother calling other competitor's, the product pricing was very competitive relative to prices from a google search. And I had options - this was great! Mr. Watermaker explained my options in a constructive way. The turning point came about when I was shown a product that I could monitor remotely. Also, there was a chlorine test that was mind boggling. With children in my home, it became obvious that absorbing all that chlorine because of a little $ cost/month did not make any sense. I made my choice. The installation was quick. It was completed professionally and on-time. I will recommend Watermaker all the time. Watermaker has a great product support and customer relationship management. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic about their product. This includes the senior and not too senior staff. Oftentimes, you can tell if a product is crappy when the installation guy has that weird attitude. After the installation, they followed up to confirm that my experience was satisfactory and the product delivered as promised. No regrets!
