Our Service Technicians are Drinking Water Operator Certified and have years of experience working in the Water Treatment business. They are not only among the most experienced technicians in Canada, but are trained on the local water chemistry ensuring the right equipment is recommended for your water problem.

Our regular office hours are 7:30-5:00 Monday-Friday. There are two Customer Service Representatives on duty during that period, providing support to our clients and our technicians. Our regular technical support hours are augmented by the availability of our 24/7 emergency service.
