In March of 2010, I contacted Advanced Water Treatment concerning the quality of the water at my house in Red Sulfur Springs WV. The water here is very nasty with Sulfur, Iron and other minerals, to the point that it was unusable. The family joke that I had to tolerate was that the only difference between the drinking water and the sewage was that the sewage had lumps, and the drinking water didn't. In my opinion this condition could not continue for a number of reasons, including the expense of bottled water, the damage that the water was doing to my plumbing and the smell that I had after a shower.
The representative from Advanced recommended a course of action and the installation of equipment necessary to resolve my problem. And a price that could live with.
Since the installation of my equipment I have had excellent water quality at an operating cost that has been very good. I have called on Advanced Water Treatment several times since then for service and repairs and I have always been satisfied with the results. All their personnel act as if they are an extended family and are very courteous and
professional.
The reason that I am writing this letter is because of the quality of the service that I have received, and the fact that I believe the community should be aware of this fact.

Dear Gordie,
I have lived with City water all my life, until 3 months ago when I moved. For the past few months, I
have lived with well water. I thought I could handle it, but the Sulfur smell, iron stains and hard water
got the best of me. Although the water was safe to drink, we couldn't make ourselves drink it and had a
terrible time even brushing our teeth with the Sulfur smell. I felt my clothes smelled, and thought I
smelled like Sulfur when I got out of the shower.
Although the smell was what we hated the most, until we put in your water treatment system, I had no
idea how cloudy my dishes had gotten. I'm happy to say that the dishes are sparkling again, the toilets
are no longer stained with iron, the glass shower door is clear and the water is smell free!!! And the
best part, we love to drink the water straight from the tap, I've never had water taste this good, even on
city water!
We were nervous about the cost of the treatment system at first, but it's been worth every penny! We
are so happy every time we turn on the water. This was a must have and we are so glad we had you
install it. We would recommend it to anyone.
Jeremiah was wonderful to work with as well. Very courteous and went over and beyond to make sure
it was put in correctly and fix all the issues. You run a wonderful company.
